What about West Nile virus and pregnancy? 

There is one documented case of a pregnant women being infected with West Nile. The baby showed signs of infection at birth, and had severe medical problems. It is not know if these medical problems were a result of West Nile infection during the pregnancy or the result of some other problem. Women that are pregnant should take proper precautions to protect themselves from mosquitoes during pregnancy.
